Puddleduck Studio RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

 

1) CONTRACT: A client/ model release contract must be signed by the client and photographer before the sitting takes place. Upon doing so you are agreeing to these

terms and conditions. And image can be used for advertising purposes on social media and in studio.

 

2) PAYMENTS: A retainer fee will be required upon booking to secure the date of the session and is none refundable, A payment details and private information is held with privacy and integrity.

 

3) BOOKINGS: A session can be provisionally booked in person or over the phone and can be confirmed as 'Pencilled In', this provisional booking will be held for 48 hours to give enough time for the retainer to be paid to fully secure your session, If your retainer is received during this time then your session will be confirmed as 'Booked' and it will be secured If this time has lapsed then the date may be booked by someone else. Retainers are non-refundable.

 

4) TRAVEL: There will be an extra fee for travel fare added for location shoots and will be discussed at the time of booking. Travel fees will be added to the session fee and are payable on or before the session date.

 

5) COPYRIGHT: Puddleduck Studio  holds all rights to any and all artwork, digital and/or hard copies of images taken. Puddleduck Studio has the right to use any and all Images taken for business purposes unless given written notice within 48 hours of the session.

 

6) We do not give out our raw files under any sercumstances

all images are of high resalution and we will mend any issues once after this there is a editing fee of £40

 

7) CANCELLATION/REARRANGEMENT: Should you decide to cancel the Photo Shoot, the initial retainer is not refundable. You may change the date of your session twice as long as there is more than 48hrs (72hr for cake smash) notice period prior to original shoot date and carry the retainer across (as long as the new date is within 2 weeks of the original session date). Newborns can be unpredictable therefore puddleduck studio can reschedule 2 times within a 3 weeks period of the original booking.

 

8) ALTERATIONS/DUPLICATIONS: No printed or digital images are to be altered or duplicated in any way shape or form by the client or third parties, images are NOT to be screenshot and/or used in any way shape, or form what so ever, in doing any of these actions the client will forfeit their gallery until the administration fee of £25 is paid and the gallery will be uploaded for a maximum of 4 days, in order for the client to purchase their required products.

 

9) ORDERS: We currently offer viewing session where your get a slide show of your images you will be required to place an order of a package to transfer your retainer after your ordering session you will have a private gallery for 14 days to allow your to order extra products or for friends and family view the gallery.

many orders maybe bulked together it maybe more cost effective and reason product delivery may vary.

 

10) Digitals: All images in gallery are of low quality for online viewing and watermarked once

orders and payments have been placed the selected images will be ready for download via a link the photographer sends to you at which you will be able to download. All images will be of size 3000 x 5000 file size and a resolution of 300dpi. We can not guarantee the quality that phones and computers produce on the clients end

 

11) PRICES: All prices are subject to change at any time at puddleduck studio discretion.

all retainers are non refundable and will be deducted off of final order we also have a minimum order of £75

Once digitals have been received by the client all orders are non refundable. If the photographer makes a mistake and sends the wrong image we will send you the correct image free of charge after we look at the order again.

 

12) We love to see your fluffy babies and welcome your dogs to our studio how ever

we do require that they are well behaved and on the lead in-between photos if for any reason dogs miss behave and brake equipment you will be charged for the damage they cause. All dog mess will also need to be cleaned up by the owner we will also mop the area.

 

13) We understand that children can be excited when they first come in. There for unruly children
